By using Kids' Words Jungle, you consent to this Policy. If you do not consent to this Policy, please refrain from use of Kids' Words Jungle.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

Kids' Words Jungle does not submit any information to Circular3D or 3rd parties from your use or your child's use of the app.

Kids' Words Jungle does contain links to other websites in the About section of the app. We are not responsible for the privacy policies, practices, or content of websites owned by others that you may link to or that may be linked to from Kids' Words Jungle. Please review all privacy policies and the terms and conditions of any linked websites or apps you may visit. This Policy applies solely to the Kids' Words Jungle app.

IN-APP PURCHASES

Kids' Words Jungle contains In-App purchases. These are intended solely for the Parent and/or Guardian of the child using the app. Parental Gate technology has been put in place to restrict the ability for children 5 years old and under to perform In-App purchases within the app. This technology is not a guarantee that a child will not attempt or succeed in making purchases. The Parent and/or Guardian is responsible for securing the device from unauthorized purchases. iOS contains purchase restrictions, which may be enabled in the purchasing settings of the devices, that when enabled can restrict In-App purchases to require passwords prior to purchase. Please consult the iOS user manual for more information on how to secure the device from unauthorized purchases. Circular3D will not be liable for unauthorized purchases.

POLICY CHANGES

We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time. In particular, we reserve the right to modify this Policy to reflect changes in the way we collect, use or disclose information or to reflect changes in privacy laws, regulations and/or industry standards. We encourage you to review this Policy whenever you visit the Kids' Words Jungle app. Continued use of Kids' Words Jungle following changes indicates your acceptance of the changes.

APPLICABLE LAW

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to conflicts of law principles, and exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of this Policy shall be the state courts or district federal courts of Virginia.
